Dilatometer DIL 803L
Measurement of two sample at the same time under air

Zoom DIL801

The DIL803L is a two-sample dilatometer designed for high sample throughput within the temperature range of -160°C to 1720°C and measurements under air.

The measuring head is thermally stabilized and it is insensitive to shocks. You can use easily interchangeable measuring systems made of quartz and Al2O3. The temperature measurement is carried out with thermocouples (Type K, S, B). The inductive sensor (L.V.D.T.) shows a resolution of 50nm. For the calibration of the equipment there are various certified reference materials on offer.

The complete electronics works digitally and with own processor systems to control the furnaces, measuring data recording and safety devices.

The professional 32-Bit software WinTA 9.0 runs under Windows®98, ME, 2000, NT4.0, XP. An extensive software accurately and efficiently deals with both routine tasks and comprehensive evaluations. Export functions as tables in ASCII and Excel format as well as a graphic file output in the formats BMP, JPG, TIF, EMF etc. enable a cross-platform work.
